What payments do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal. What is Paypal?

  • Note: If you don’t have a Paypal acount You can also pay with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc) via Paypal.

Step 1: Fill in the customer information then click PROCEED TO PAYPAL button.

Step 2: You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment window. Here you choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card

Step 3: Fill in the billing information then click PAY NOW button. Done!!!

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping will vary depending on the amount of units purchased and product type. We only charge a small fee so it’s definitely more than reasonable. The only time this does not apply is if we have a promotion going on for free shipping which we will have from time to time.

  • For orders shipped in the USA, We charge a shipping fee of $ 4.95 per order, free shipping for each additional items.
  • For international orders outside the US, We charge a shipping fee of $ 9.95 per order, free shipping for each additional items.

How long does it take for me to get my order?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 1-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (4-7 days for domestic and 12-15 days for international).

* Note: 3D All-over print product will take about 25-30 days to transport

I just placed an order, but I didn’t get a confirmation email. What’s going on?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
Typically you will receive an email immediately, but in some cases please allow up to 24 hours for it to arrive. If you’re still unable to locate your order, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Where’s my package? How do I track it?

Your package goes through a certain process. Once purchased, your order usually starts the process approximately 24 hours later (enough time for most people to make corrections, updates, or cancellation request if needed). It takes around 1 to 5 days to prepare your art t-shirt for shipping and to leave the facility. When this happen, the tracking numbers are generated and usually take about 4 to 5 days to update and confirmed to be en route. At this point, you should have received and email with your tracking and order status. You can either click on the link.

Why do I have two tracking number?

Every now and then for larger orders or certain products, your item may be shipped separately in two packages either to safely ship the item, get items to arrive faster, or base on availability, etc. However do not worry, you were not double billed or received a wrong order. We will ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually for your benefit. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.

What’s your return policy?

  • Note: If there is any discrepancy with your order, please contact [email protected] first to be processed satisfactorily and quickly. You shouldn’t use PayPal’s refund mode because it will take a lot of time to get your money back.

Items Damaged or Poor Quality

If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area. Unicornaz.com will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost. Unicornaz.com is not responsible for items damaged in shipping.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Wrong Product Shipped

If we ship the wrong product to your customer, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace any such items at no additional cost.

Wrong size

This is a shirt printed on demand. We do not support refunds in case the buyer chooses the wrong size.

Design Issues

If you have any other complaint regarding the design printed on a product, please send us a photo. Credits, refunds, or reprints will be issued at the sole discretion of Unicornaz.com if the printed design differs substantially from the artwork that was submitted. We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you and your customers.

Substitution Policy

Unicornaz.com makes every effort to fulfill orders with the exact product ordered. In the event that product becomes unavailable, Unicornaz.com reserves the right to fulfill the order using similar products of equal or greater value than the product originally ordered.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 1-2 weeks subjected to your financial institution

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We’ll email you a new order number. When it’s heading out the door we’ll send you a shipping email and let you know when to expect it. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
